Patrick Scanlon is the founder of PRSM Group, a land development firm delivering power-ready sites for AI, cloud, and other high-density data center users. A University of Virginia law graduate, he began his career at a global law firm before moving into commercial real estate in 2014, where he worked across brokerage, capital markets, and land advisory before specializing in digital infrastructure.
Since founding PRSM in 2023, Patrick has assembled a portfolio of more than 3,000 acres across six states in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest, with over 3 gigawatts of power in active development through grid interconnection and behind-the-meter solutions. His approach combines site selection, utility strategy, entitlement, and community engagement, and his background in both law and brokerage helps him align landowners, municipalities, utilities, and end users around projects that are economically viable and locally supported.

Eric Little is a CPA with more than 25 years of tax, accounting, and advisory experience. He began his career as an International Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and Europe on cross-border compliance and global tax structuring.
Eric is the founder and managing partner of LB&J Certified Public Accountants PLLC, a Charlotte-based boutique firm serving high-net-worth individuals and businesses nationwide in tax strategy, accounting, payroll, and financial planning. He has also advised on private equity-backed real estate investments across the Carolinas, including multifamily, commercial, and development deals. He entered the data center industry by working to entitle his own 300 acres of Ohio farmland as a development-ready campus.
As a Partner and Advisor at PRSM Group, Eric supports capital strategy and development execution across the firm's national portfolio.

Shannon Humrickhouse is a detail-oriented operations and project professional with extensive experience spanning real estate, legal services, banking, corporate governance, and public finance. Her work combines GIS and mapping, parcel and title research, county and public-record research, and due diligence coordination with a strong foundation in documentation, financial analysis, and project administration. She brings a highly organized, research-driven approach to evaluating property information, coordinating records and stakeholders, and ensuring that critical details are identified and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Shannon has extensive experience managing real estate operations, financial activities, property management, maintenance, construction, and complex projects from initial planning through completion. Her background also includes corporate recordkeeping, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, closings, public finance, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Known for developing efficient processes and keeping projects organized and moving forward, Shannon combines strong research and analytical skills with hands-on real estate and project logistics experience to support successful acquisitions, development, due diligence, and ongoing property operations.

Justin Mosler brings over two decades of experience in construction and site development to PRSM Group, with a particular focus on preconstruction planning, utility coordination, and vertical project management.
As founder of Mosler Builders, he led the design and construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the DC region, earning a reputation for delivering technically complex builds on time and on budget. His portfolio includes specialized facilities such as regulated cultivation centers, where compliance-driven design and infrastructure execution were critical to success.
At PRSM, Justin serves as the firm’s lead on all matters related to infrastructure readiness and vertical delivery. From utility mapping and early-stage engineering to overseeing third-party GC coordination for build-to-suit projects, he ensures each site is positioned for seamless handoff to end users. Justin's hands-on expertise, combined with his ability to bridge land development and construction execution, makes him an invaluable partner as PRSM delivers shovel-ready sites for the hyperscale and mission-critical sectors.

Adrianne Jacobs is PRSM Group's Director of Community Engagement, where she leads the firm's outreach to the counties, municipalities, and residents that host its projects. She engages local officials, planning staff, and community members early in the development process, well before zoning and permitting decisions are made, so that questions are answered directly and concerns are addressed before they become obstacles. Her work takes her on-site to county commissions, town halls, and public forums across PRSM's national portfolio, where she serves as a consistent, accessible point of contact for local stakeholders.
A core part of Adrianne's role is education. Data centers are widely misunderstood, and she works to replace speculation with facts about how these facilities actually operate, including their real water and power demands, their noise and emissions profiles, and the jobs and tax revenue they bring to a community. She coordinates closely with planning departments, economic development offices, and utility partners to keep information accurate and timely. By building trust and keeping lines of communication open, she helps align each project with local priorities and positions PRSM sites for durable community support from first outreach through entitlement.
