Patrick Scanlon is the founder of PRSM Group, where he leads complex land and data infrastructure projects with the perspective of a seasoned commercial real estate professional, successful entrepreneur, and former global law firm attorney. His deep advocacy experience—both as a broker and legal counsel—reflects a track record of navigating deals and partnerships from all sides of the table.
From working with landowners and partnering with late-stage developers and builders, to coordinating with municipal and state agencies and negotiating with major tech end users, Patrick brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to every stage of the development lifecycle.​
With over a decade of dealmaking experience spanning industrial, land, and investment-grade assets, he now focuses on identifying and delivering powerful data center development opportunities.

Eric Little

Eric Little is a seasoned CPA with other 25 years of tax, accounting, and advisory experience. He began his career as an International Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working both domestically and internationally to advise Fortune 500 companies on cross-border compliance and global tax structuring.

Eric is the founder and managing partner of LB&J Certified Public Accountants PLLC, a boutique CPA firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Under his leadership, LB&J has served high-net-worth private clients and business clients nationwide, delivering comprehensive services in tax strategy, accounting, payroll, and financial planning.​ In parallel with his advisory role, Eric has actively consulted private equity-backed real estate investments across the Carolinas, spanning multifamily residential, commercial assets, and strategic development deals. He notably spearheaded the entitlement and approval of a 300-acre data center campus in Ohio—transforming raw farmland into an approved, development-ready site.

Today, Eric serves as both Partner and Advisor of PRSM Group, where his analytical acumen, deep tax expertise, and entrepreneurial leadership support capital strategy and development execution across the organization’s national deals. In addition to his technical background, William plays a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with data center end users, cloud providers, and infrastructure consultants. He is particularly effective at translating long-range technology roadmaps into actionable land and infrastructure requirements—ensuring PRSM’s sites are positioned for long-term success. William holds a reputation as a trusted resource and thought partner across the hyperscale community and is instrumental in bridging the gap between real estate, power, and cloud infrastructure planning.

Justin Mosler
Partner I Director of Infrastructure & Built-to-Suit Projects
Justin Mosler brings over two decades of experience in construction and site development to PRSM Group, with a particular focus on preconstruction planning, utility coordination, and vertical project management.
As founder of Mosler Builders, he led the design and construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the DC region, earning a reputation for delivering technically complex builds on time and on budget. His portfolio includes specialized facilities such as regulated cultivation centers, where compliance-driven design and infrastructure execution were critical to success.
At PRSM, Justin serves as the firm’s lead on all matters related to infrastructure readiness and vertical delivery. From utility mapping and early-stage engineering to overseeing third-party GC coordination for build-to-suit projects, he ensures each site is positioned for seamless handoff to end users. Justin's hands-on expertise, combined with his ability to bridge land development and construction execution, makes him an invaluable partner as PRSM delivers shovel-ready sites for the hyperscale and mission-critical sectors.

Jessi Gower is the creative force behind PRSM Group’s visual identity and all things relating to marketing design, bringing over a decade of experience in graphic design, web development, and multimedia marketing to the team.
With a background that spans agency work, freelance branding, and in-house creative direction, Jessi specializes in translating complex development concepts into engaging, accessible visuals and copy. From logos and pitch decks to websites and public-facing communications, her work helps shape how stakeholders—from community members to end users—perceive and connect with PRSM’s mission.
As the team’s marketing designer, Jessi oversees all aspects of graphic and web design, branding, and copywriting. She’s been with PRSM since its earliest days, playing a pivotal role in crafting the company's brand / voice and building its public presence from the ground up. Her eye for detail, knack for narrative, and ability to make technical content compelling are vital to PRSM’s outreach and identity as a forward-thinking land acquisition and development firm.
